What is a School of Psalmody?

A School of Psalmody is a course of practical, biblical teaching on the development of a lifestyle of worship. It is NOT a musicians seminar, nor does it teach church music, how to sing, dance or play musical instruments. The Course has been implemented in over 40 nations, in many denominations and has been translated into more than 25 languages.

Why is a lifestyle of worship important? - top

We were created to worship the Father, and He is seeking worshippers (John 4:23). Worship has been mistaken as purely a singing ‘thing’ in our church services, but it is far, far more. This course will give you a greater understanding of worship and will help to bring you into a more closer walk of intimacy with your heavenly Father.

Who can attend the School? - top

Anyone who desires a closer walk with the Lord. Our students range from pre-teen to retired, unchurched to 40+ years christian experience, church leaders to lay members.

How much does the Course cost? - top

Churches that establish their own schools purchase student manuals from the national office at £25.00 each plus postage & packing. The school then adds on their own costs, which usually results in the course costing £50-£80. This cost is the same for each level, both 13-week courses, including: Course Tuition and the Psalmody Course Manual containing comprehensive notes, which will be your own personal journal and a valuable resource and testimony.

Completing the School of Psalmody will greatly increase the believer's appreciation of God and for God. One of the keys to living a successful Christian life is the development of our relationship with the Lord. It is ‘knowing’ God in an intimate way that leads to a life of victory.
