Dear Friends

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:23-24

What a privilege and honour to worship God. Have you ever stopped to think about it. Even the very desire to worship God comes from Him. He made you and He has opened the 'eyes of your spiritual understanding' to know Him. I remember back to our courting days, how we would often comment on our plans for the future and refer to the times we shared together and our prospective future together, as an adventure. An adventure is defined in the Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary as: 'unusual, exciting or dangerous experience or undertaking, taking risks'

Has your worship lifestyle become monotonous, predictable or religious when Father desires it to be like an adventure. We will never discover everything there is to know about Him, so we can be sure that He will reveal something new to us. If we will approach Him with joy and anticipation, with thanksgiving and an open heart He will meet with us and show us more of Himself. It can feel like we are taking a risk, embarking on dangerous territory, it may seem unusual as we depart from the normal duty and get seious about our love for God.

God wants to be known and the Scripture shows us that He is infact seeking worshippers. He is on the look out for those who are willing to be real before Him and who believe in Him. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Heb 11:6

One of the hallmarks of the end time worshipping Bride will be passion. Passion that displays itself in wholehearted devotion, that which settles for nothing less than reality. Those who worship God must do so in spirit and truth, holding nothing back and ready to forsake all for Him. It is in this act of self-giving that we actually find our true selves. We see ourselves for who we really are and then we are able to see Jesus for who He really is - our all sufficient Saviour.

Be encouraged and inspired today by the precious Holy Spirit to lead you to a deeper and more intimate knowledge and experience of Father.

With every blessing
