The Leadership
CIM believes in equipping and developing leaders and teams of leaders to fulfil the diverse aspects of ministry within the context of the Body of Christ and also within the marketplace.

| The organisational leadership team (OLT) comprises of Steve and Jenny Watson, Maria Fox, Dave Chapman and Howard McCallum. Steve and Jenny work full time for the ministry, Maria is a Chief Inspector in the Police Service and is also a CIMN ordained minister. Howard and his wife Dit McCallum are also ordained CIMN marketplace ministers owning and directing a retail business. Dave Chapman is a training consultant and is married to Jill who teaches in a local primary school. |
The OLT take responsibility for strategic oversight and direction of all aspects of CIM. They provide support to the other teams of leaders, enabling and empowering them to implement plans that support the achievement of the vision and goals of CIM. They ensure communication processes are in place for all of the teams and make resources available as appropriate. They continually reinforce the vision and manage change processes, ensuring effective internal and external communication. |
