The Leadership
CIM believes in equipping and developing leaders and teams of leaders to fulfil the diverse aspects of ministry within the context of the Body of Christ and also within the marketplace.

| During the summer, the Lord directed us to lay the leadership team down and that He would rebuild our foundations. All leaders were asked to prayerfully consider their gifts and callings. It is clear from experience and the prophetic words we have received that our previous structure was insufficient to take us where God wants us to go. |
