Spontaneous Worship led by Graeme Owen
We lift You up Lord today for You are worthy Lord.  You are high and lifted up today.
Father this is a day of rejoicing, it’s a day of celebration.
Father we bless Your name.  Father we declare Your goodness over our lives today
Father we give You thanks.  Father we give You honour.
Father we give You worship for there is no one to be compared with you and Father we bless You.

Is there a shout in the house today?  Is there a shout of celebration?
Is there a shout of victory because God is good.
Because the Lord has triumphed and because He has triumphed we are a triumphant people today. Amen

Father we celebrate Your love
We celebrate Your love.  You’re so sweet

We are gathered in Your presence  for Your name, for Your name.
We are gathered in Your presence all for You.  It’s all for You.
We are gathered in Your presence.  It’s all for You, it’s all for You.
We are gathered in Your presence.  It’s all for You, it’s all for You.
To give You glory, to give You honour, to give You praise holy one.
To give You glory, to give You honour, to give You praise holy one.
To give You glory, to give You honour, to give You praise holy one.

We are gathered in Your presence in one accord.  We draw near.
We are gathered in Your presence in one accord.  We come to You.
We are gathered in Your presence in one accord.  We draw near.
To give You glory, to give You honour, to give You praise holy one.
To give You glory, to give You honour, to give You praise holy one.

Prophetic Song brought by Rosie Damant
Come in, into the garden, into the garden of Gethsemane all of you.
I prayed Father, Not my will but thine be done.
Paid the price.  I took the pain.  I took your sin.
For you were the guilty ones.  I took your pain, I took your sin, I bore the mark on my body.
For such is my love, for such is my love for you.
I bore your sin on the cross of Calvary.
Remember me, remember me.
I am the one who took all your pain who set you free, deliverance is in me.

Oh Lord we come into Your presence.
We give you glory, and honour and praise for all You’ve done.
You’ve given freedom, You’ve set the captives free.
Lord we say thank you , thank you, thank you
We come into Your presence.  We celebrate.

Exhortation brought by Graeme Owen
I’m reminded this morning of the scripture which says that Jesus has broken down the dividing wall of hostility and in reference to the scripture there, we know that it speaks of Jew and Gentile.  I believe also that it refers to broken relationship one with another and if we look around this morning or even if we think of our lives and we think of things that have transpired and things that have not been put right and things that still need to be resolved.  I believe God is busy and He is working in some cases behind the scenes and we’re not always aware of what God is doing, Amen.  God is transitioning us from one place of glory to another place, from one level of intimacy to another level and in order for that to take place God still has to resolve certain issues in our lives.  I believe in the last few weeks and months, God has been putting His finger on certain things and today I hear the Lord saying that He is  busy to restore and to resolve broken relationships, unforgiveness, separations that have taken place.  Things that would restrict and limit the move of His Spirit in the house of God and in the Church of Jesus Christ in this nation.  We have to understand, it’s not just about us it’s not just about this building and this people here today, it’s about the wider body, it’s about the nation and it’s about the global Church of Jesus Christ.  We embrace Him, we embrace His dealings, we embrace that which He is doing that we may transition and be a people of one accord.

It says in Acts, they were all in one accord, in one place and it says suddenly, say that with me today, say suddenly: suddenly, there came the sound of a mighty rushing wind.  I believe God is transitioning us to that place and that position in the Spirit where He would come suddenly when we are together, when we are standing together in one accord.  So I encourage you today, don’t stay in your seats, don’t stay where you are but just come forward, just come to the altar, come to worship, come to lay down.  Come to release forgiveness to someone.  Come to do something different today that would break something in the spirit over our lives and over this place.  I encourage you today, because as the Spirit of the Lord speaks and as the Spirit of the Lord moves, so we must listen, we must be hearers of the Spirit.  As we are hearers of the Spirit so God is going to come and God is going to move and God is going to do something new today.  So if you want to respond to God today, just come and just allow God to minister to you even as you minister to Him.  Even as you, in the privacy of your own heart, You know the business and God knows that you know the business.  You can do business today with God that is going to make a difference in someone else’s live.  It’s not about you only, it’s about someone else that you may need to release today and set free.  So let’s just continue to worship.

Spontaneous Song led by Graeme Owen
To give You glory, to give You honour, to give you praise holy one.
To give You glory, to give You honour, as we join in one accord.
To give You glory, to give You honour, as we come to worship You.
To give You honour, to give You glory, as we bow at Your footstool.
We are gathered in Your presence to worship You, You alone, You alone.
We are gathered in Your presence to worship You, You alone.
We are gathered in Your presence to worship You, our great High Priest.
From You is mercy, from You is healing, there is forgiveness, there is release.
From You is mercy, from You is healing, there is forgiveness, there is release.

Jesus our great High Priest, great High Priest
You know Lord, You know our weakness Lord
Yet You bid us come, You bid us come to You.
You bid us come, You bid us come
We will come.  You bid us come, You bid us come.
Father we will come.  You bid us come, You bid us come
Father we will come.

Spontaneous song led by Rosie Damant
We lay it all down, we lay it all down for You Lord
We lay it down, we lay it down.
We lay it down, we lay it all down for You Lord.
We lay it all down for you Lord.
We take up our cross and we follow You Lord.
We lay it down, we lay our lives down.
We take up the cross, the cross of freedom, the cross of love.
Such love, such love.  Spirit pour it out.
Will you pour Your love out Lord.
We need to bask in Your love Lord.  We need to walk in your love Lord.

For the joy that was set before me I endured the cross.
For the joy that was set before me I endured the cross.
You’re my joy says the Lord.  You’re my joy says the Lord.
And you’re my treasure that was in the dark places.
For you’re my joy says the Lord.  For you’re my treasure says the Lord.
You’re my joy.  I delight in you.  I delight in you.
There’s not one, there’s not one that I do not love with an everlasting love.
I love all of mankind, with an everlasting love.
I declare my love for you, an everlasting love.

Word of exhortation brought by Dave Hawthorn
What a beautiful truth that the Lord could sing over us.  That for the joy set before Him, He endured everything.  What a fantastic truth that He could sing over us, that for us, His joy, He would endure  everything that He went through.  I was very taken with the song that came through earlier where the Lord reminded us that He went into Gethsemane for us.  He took His closest friends with Him when He went into Gethsemane and He said, Just wait there.  I need to be on my own for a moment.  He went a little further and He prayed and an hour later He came back and do you know what His best friends were doing?  They’d let Him down a bit.  They had fallen asleep and He said, Come on chaps, surely you could have stayed awake, this is important to me and He went away again and He came back an hour later and do you know what they were doing?  They’d let Him down again and then a third time as well.  They were the ones closest to Him and yet they had let Him down.  So let’s not get discouraged.  For the joy set before Him He endured all things.  He knew we’d let Him down.  He knows we are but flesh but that gives Him joy.  It gives Him joy that we are imperfect because His perfection can shine through us in our weakness.  His strength makes us strong.  We are perfect because He is perfect, not because of us.

So when we come here on a Sunday morning and we feel imperfect, that’s a place for God to meet us in joy.  We come to say, I’ve let you down this week, I’ve let you down last night, I’ve let you down this morning, I’ve let you down on the way here to church this morning.  He says, It’s OK.  I’m used to it and for that joy I endured the cross so that I could be your everything.  We are going to take communion now and we’re simply going to say thank you Jesus that you endured all things for my imperfection.  That even though I let you down, You’re never going to let me down.  You are faithful while I feel sometimes so faithless.  If there’s failings we simply want to lay at the foot of the cross, then now’s the time to do it.  If you want to come out to front and kneel fine or just come and take communion and say this is it thank you Your blood, Your body was broken.  You endured this punishment for my failings.  Thank you Jesus.  I am worthless, great, because you are everything   That’s what communion is about.  It’s not about I’ve had a good week.  It’s I’ve had a rotten week and that’s great because for that joy You shed Your blood, to transform me, to win me back because You love me.  Thank you Jesus.  I don’t deserve it but thank you Jesus.  Thank you Jesus.
