Word of Exhortation brought by Jean Thomas
Whatever circumstances are in your life today. However great the tumult, the confusion, the fear, the storm, in the midst of it God is who He is and He is saying trust Me, be still.
Scripture and prayer brought by Chris Goodwin
Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty. The one who always was, who is and who is still to come. Rev. 4:8
You are worthy Oh Lord our God to receive glory and honour and power for you created all things and they exist because you created what you pleased. Rev 4:11
You are worthy to take the scroll and break its seals and open it for you were slaughtered and your blood has ransomed people for God, from every tribe and language and people and nation and you have caused them to become a Kingdom of priests for our God and they will reign on the earth. Rev: 5:9-10
Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and blessing. Rev 5:12
Blessing and honour and glory and power belong to the one sitting on the throne and to the Lamb for ever and ever. Rev. 5:13
So Lord we pray that Your name will be lifted up today Lord. Lord You are worthy to receive glory and honour and praise. In fact, You are the only one who is worthy to receive all our glory and honour and praise and Lord we thank you that when we are with You in heaven that’s what we will be doing all the time. We will be praising and worshipping You all the time because we will see You as You really are in Your full wonder and splendour and so Lord we lift Your name up today Lord and pray that Your name be glorified in our midst today. Thank you Lord.
Declaration brought by Bonnie Blystone
Father we thank you that You have spoken to us this morning and Father if we will listen. You speak to us every day and tell us who you are Father. You are the God of love, You are our perfect love and Father we set our eyes on you this morning. You are the object of our affection. You are the object of our obsession Father God. We are obsessed with you Father God. You are the one on whom we look Father God. Lord You are the one that we devote our hours to, our day to. We give You our lives even anew, afresh this morning. Lord may it be pleasing in Your sight. May it be a sweet aroma in Your nostrils Father God. Lord there is no sacrifice without fire and so we say Father set us as living sacrifices before you this morning, on fire Father God. May our hearts be ablaze with your love Father God, because you are perfect love and that perfect love casts out all fear.
So Father even as You have spoken to us this morning Father that you’ve made us vessels to carry that perfected love Father I just thank you that we have a revelation of You in us. God we’re vessels that carry your perfect love. Oh God, Lord you send us from here Lord to our families and into the highways and the byways, across the street to Sainsbury’s or down to the rail station, as vessels carrying perfect love. Lord in that, yes Lord, Your church has the answer for the hour but not because she’s the Church but because she carries You in her; Perfect love that casts out all fear, so Lord as we even go today Lord, give us a revelation that we have a mighty warfare to wage and that warfare is love. Love instead of fear, love instead of confusion, love instead of chaos, love instead of judgement and criticism and sarcasm, love.
Father I thank you Lord God and Lord I pray for those that have yet to come to know You Lord that we would be those who would show that perfect way in which to come Lord. I even speak to some this morning that question. They’ve got questions in their hearts. Lord I ask You to answer every question in their heart with Your perfect love. That it would come and it would drive out fears, fear because things are shaking in their cheque book, things are shaking in their children’s school work, things are shaking in their relationships with those with whom they live. Let Your perfect love cast out fear this morning so that Father as we are perfected in your love, we can carry that perfected love Father. I praise You and I thank You Father God. We declare to You Father God that we will not leave here unchanged and we embrace Your perfect love Father God so that it may be manifested in that you may be glorified throughout all the earth Lord. Praise You Father.
Declaration brought by Jean Thomas
So Lord, because of who You are and all that You have done, we come boldly before your throne today and we come to lift up Your name. The name of the great I Am who never changes. The God who was, because You’re the God who is and You are the God who is to be. So Lord, with confidence we come today to praise You and to worship You, to meet with You because we know that You want to meet with us and we say “Come and have Your way today” Amen.
Exhortation led by Dave Chapman
I want to bring a scripture that Sharon spoke about a few weeks ago. It’s 2 Kings 3, the story of Elisha when He was going to battle and they ran out of water and verses 16 and 17 say this, Make this dry brook bed full of trenches for thus says the Lord. You shall not see wind and rain yet the ravine shall be filled with water, so you, your cattle and your beasts may drink. Remember Sharon said at the time that the rain is going to come from God and we can’t figure it out. We won’t be able to figure it out and Sharon also said if we prepare the ditches in the place of lack God will cause a season of growth on the ground level. Increase will come out of quantity and God will show us where we are to dig ditches and God will unblock things for us. We have got to respond to the prophetic word and I think we should respond on two levels today. Who has got ditches that they need to bring? Who’s got an area of lack? God’s going to show us where to bring ditches, so bring them out. We can pray with you, we can anoint you.
Exhortation brought by Carol Gould
At the ministry training Jill shared with us that everything that is not of God is subject to change. Only God is certain. Only God is yesterday, today and will be tomorrow, everything else in your life that has hold of you is subject to change. Jill gave us teaching on this and it has impacted on me that the conversations that I’ve had and said, But it’s like this and it’s like that, and I can say, No, it isn’t, it’s subject to change by the power and the will of God. This is our teaching - all of the things you need to change, God can change, God can change.
Exhortation brought by Bonnie Blystone
As the Lord has been speaking with us this morning, He was talking about faith and enduring; endurance and encouraging us to run the race and out of Hebrews 11 it says, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. Then it goes on and it talks about the faith of all the great people that He had written in Hebrews. So Father we just thank You for that, for the things that are not seen but they’re hoped for. Every one of us that’s here this morning, we have a hope and you say that we have a hope and a future.
So Father, we just thank you. We grab hold of that this morning and we encourage ourselves in that hope and we have faith for those things that we do not see but Lord God we believe that we will have them. Lord even as the testimonies rise up in each one of us we can remember times when we had lack, when we had times of despair, Father when we had times of brokenness. Lord we thank You Father that in the midst of all of the things that we did not see Father God You brought evidence of your great provision. You brought evidence Father God of Your great supply of Your healing Father God of Your mercy and of Your deliverance Father. Thank You for that Lord.
Exhortation brought by Jill Hawthorn
We live in two different realities, the invisible and the natural and what Carol was saying was that the natural the things, the things we see and can feel and touch, God says they are subject to change because they are temporary. They are not eternal and so the ministry team are going to come along the line and we are going to anoint you for change. We are going to anoint you for healing, we are going to anoint you for whatever ditch it is you have come out with….Now this transaction is between you and the Lord. You’ve come with your ditch and you’re saying Lord come and fill, come and provide, come and heal, come and change, come and shift, come and provide what I need. The ministry team will come and anoint you and you lock into the Lord and say Lord I’m here for you and do that transaction and just be anointed. Whatever it is you’ve come with can happen, is subject to change and will shift if you believe. in Jesus name.
